Choose the license, keep the policy with it
Employees can now select an enabled managed license, with capacity, session controls, and access policy tied to that selection.
More than one access window
UltraNow’s employee dashboard now lists enabled company-managed licenses. Selecting a license updates the activation card with its capacity, session state, time remaining, and any reason access is blocked.
The change brings the managed-license model into the employee workflow. A person can choose the product they need and see the state relevant to that choice, rather than treating every request as another session for the original AI Ultra product.
Carry the selected license through the operation
Activate, extend, and disable actions now include the selected managed-license identity. Session records and the usage ledger preserve that identity so expiry and cleanup act on the same product that was activated.
Capacity checks also use the selected license’s policy and active sessions. Requests for one managed product should not accidentally extend another product’s session or consume a capacity decision calculated for a different license.
Show what the provider actually permits
The catalog distinguishes manageable licenses from read-only, unsupported, or unavailable entries. The interface shows those states rather than offering an action that the integration cannot perform.
This release depends on the connected provider’s capabilities and permissions. Generalizing the catalog and session model does not make every discovered software license controllable. The useful boundary is an enabled, supported catalog entry with a policy and provider operation that agree.
Keep each lifecycle traceable
The next operational checks follow that identity through the complete session: select, activate, extend, stop, expire, and recover a failed provider action. Multi-license access is useful only when those operations remain attached to the intended product throughout the lifecycle.
